This CJ7 belonged to my husband - he bought it when it was barely 6 months old. He loved the jeep, which is why he kept it for so many years and for years we talked about fixing it up…you know, putting in a new rebuilt engine, fuel injection….etc. He passed away from cancer in 2012 and I decided that I was going to fix up the jeep as part of my grieving process, one in which I thought would be a relatively short period. Neither my period of mourning nor the jeep redo was short…I kept finding more things to replace (brakes, clutch, fan, hoses….you can look at the website for the full list. www.greatjeep.info By the way, I have replaced almost every hose, tube, belt, screw, and wire as needed. Plus I had the experts at 4xDoctor in Burbank, California check out and fine tune all the work! I've got mucho $$$$ in this in parts and labor/hours. And I don't expect to recoup the entire amount….but I do believe that when you purchase this GREAT JEEP you will enjoy driving it for many years - with little to do in the way of repairs other than oil changes etc.
